Olive Tree Branch

A sprig is small, easy to overlook.

But it carries the blueprint for something larger: connection, resilience, and growth that extends beyond itself.

Sprig Collaborative exists to nurture that kind of change.

We partner with individuals, organizations, and communities to design systems that are responsive, human-centered, and built to last - systems that listen, adapt, and hold what matters.

OUR APPROACH

We work at the intersection of strategy, facilitation, and justice-centered practice.

Our approach is grounded in a simple idea:

Sustainable change begins with attention to people, to relationships, and to the realities systems must hold.

Drawing from restorative justice, mediation, and collaborative problem-solving, we support processes that are not only effective but equitable.

WE DO THIS BY:

Listening deeply to the needs and experiences of those most impacted

Centering relationships as the foundation for meaningful change

Designing with adaptability, care, and long-term impact in mind

Abstract Line Pattern

Quinlan Lowe

I’m the founder of Sprig Collaborative - a mediator, facilitator, and systems thinker currently in law school, where I am deepening my focus on justice-centered approaches to conflict, systems, and advocacy.

My work is shaped by both direct practice and collaborative, cross-sector experience. Through clinical and practicum work, I have mediated cases and supported individuals navigating conflict in real-world settings. In parallel, I have worked with nonprofit clients and international community partners to develop training programs and educational resources that support restorative justice practices and human rights advocacy.

These experiences continue to shape how I approach this work with attention to both the systems people move through and the lived realities they carry within them.

My work is informed by:

  • Legal training in law school, with a focus on justice, systems, and advocacy

  • Certification in mediation and clinical experience supporting clients in conflict resolution

  • Experience working with nonprofit clients and community partners in applied settings

  • A background in restorative justice, facilitation, and conflict resolution

  • Academic study in justice and peace studies, and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies

At the core of my work is a belief that thoughtful, well-designed systems can better support the people within them—and that even small shifts in how we structure and navigate conflict can lead to meaningful change.

Growth is not linear.
It requires attention, patience, and care.

We believe small, intentional shifts can create far-reaching change.
We start where you are, tend what is already there, and grow something that can last.
